Olivia's Firetruck Birthday

The real hero of the day, Mr. Firefighter Josh!  Jazmyn's mommy (below) heard that the fire dept had to cancel the truck and she asked Josh if he would be willing to bring the truck up as a volunteer after he finished his shift, and he did!! What a guy! What a surprise. We were all so surprised to hear the siren coming up the hill... the kid's faces all went from curiosity to Joy and Excitement as they ran outside!!

Feeling Special!

Picnic Time

 silly silly girls!
and a lovely day for a picnic!
The girls were thinking of their Grammy on her birthday - and wishing she could be here with us.

These rocks do look very slide-like.
Liv thought she'd send a pebble for a ride on a sled down the smooth rock face.

I guess that experiment didn't go exactly as planned.

treasure.

Early Egg Coloring

A fun project for a colorful lunch!

((Thank you, Auntie Kim for the favorite ballerina outfit.))

One Saturday morning early in March, the MOMS Club had an event in town... hence the facepaint!

Then some lovely afternoon and evening play in the backyard at home.

Mimi's "Look-at-me" face and Liv's "Don't laugh at me" face.

we found a cute little froggy in the lawn...

and a fun game of catch with semi deflated balloons and an adjustable weight.
