Bunnies

Mamma bunny has been hanging out nibbling in the lawn. She occasionally hops up on this rock to let her paws dry off (and presumably keep a look out?)

Sometimes we go out to say "hello" and she always runs off... one afternoon we chased her off and found this little guy hiding on the patio...

so cute!!

Hey look! Ducks!

more sheep...

The herd is in the hills/ravines behind our house!
We are enjoying watching and listing to them as they wander here and there.

Here is a pic of the girls signing "sheep" by pretending to cut the wool off their arms.

Extreme Sheep LED Art

A fun sheep hearding video Bob Morrow turned me on to a while back. In my mind these days as we have a good sized heard behind our house this week!

Trampoline!

Lucky us, our friends have a trampoline in their living room!!! Woo-Hoo!!

What joy! Bouncing and jumping!

(Especially, if, like Livvie, you've watched Peter Pan (and Wendy and Tinkerbell, and John, and Michael) and their flying escapades 10 times in the past 2 weeks!)

Playground Fun

A wonderfully fun day at the park! Nearly all our favorite playmates were there!
It was sunny, warm, happy mid-day FUN!

Liv is recently becoming an adventurous little climber!
I think maybe it's because she recently grew a bit taller, and things are easier to reach. Not to mention, climbing is such a celebration of physicality!

She may have grown but she's still the smallest of her other 2 year old buddies!

Here are our friends, mommies, big sisters, and little sisters!
You can use your imagination to cut-and-paste us into this picture!

I appologize for not having posted much recently, but as you can imagine... playing with two climbing, running, active toddlers doesn't always allow me the luxury of observing from behind the lens.

And yes, Camila was here at the park with us, but didn't seem to make it into any of my favorite pictures...

Look Who's Back!

look who's back
...and hanging out on the front porch, no less!!!

Here, he's noticed that we've noticed.

Time to go, I guess.

The wet spots on the concrete are from him panting...
Why? I don't know, it was barely 60 degrees out; but, maybe if you're chasing squirrels in a fur coat you need somewhere shady and extra cool to catch your breath?

Library Day

We love Miss Sandie's Preschool Story Time!

We get several stories, and a bunch of fun action rhymes, singing, dancing, & marching

Liv is developing her sense of time, and has learned the days of the week.

She knows that Tuesdays are Library Days!!
